I am a Philadelphia-based photographer trusted by leading institutions, publications, and community organizations to document the civic energy, culture, and defining moments of Philadelphia. As a Korean American, my photographic approach is inspired by Buddhism and a cultural perspectives of complex human condition. Before working with photographic medium, my awareness of human condition was refined by my public service as a first responder across complex NYC neighborhoods. Today, I bring that social awareness and dignity to my photography.
